1. SPONSOR

The Piere Scholarship Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Univers Tech, LLC dba Piere (“Sponsor”), located at 910 SE 17 Street, Suite 400, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party app store, social media platform, or other entities not explicitly mentioned.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Piere, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible.

To be eligible, entrants must:

• Create a Piere account and connect at least one (1) financial account to the platform before April 30, 2025.
• Download the Piere app using the special link found at https://www.piere.com/scholarship-2025.
• Entrants who download the app directly from an app store without using the provided link will not be eligible.

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, eligible participants must:

1. Visit https://www.piere.com/scholarship-2025 and follow the instructions to download the Piere app.
2. Create a Piere account.
3. Connect at least one financial account (“financial account” is defined as a checking or savings account, investment account, credit card account, loan account, P2P payment account) to the Piere platform before April 30, 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or device will be disqualified. Any attempt to circumvent these rules, including the use of multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship (the “Prize”). The Prize will be awarded in the form of a check or direct deposit, at the Sponsor’s discretion.

• The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or other items.
• The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the Prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

On April 30, 2025, one (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Piere account within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days to claim the Prize. If the winner fails to respond within the required time, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and a W-9 Tax Form before receiving the Prize. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
• Release and hold harmless Piere, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
• Allow Piere to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

9. PRIVACY

Entrants’ personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Piere’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.piere.com/privacypolicy.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courts of Florida under the laws of that state.
